1. chasing your tail : 意思就是从早到晚忙个不停，但没太多收成，就是大家常说的瞎忙活或无谓瞎忙。

电力部门可以从财政公司吸取经验，由于他们非常不错的保护了跨国买卖的安全。
3. Turn the page
例句：The president told the nation the war was over and asked them to turn the page and work for the reconstruction of the country。
4. It never rains but it pours。“不雨则已，一雨倾盆”，形容坏事不来则已，一来则不止。
